WORKSHOPS

January 24th @ 2PM with Be

Winter is a season of slowing down, tuning in, and learning how to move with the current instead of against it.

In this yin yoga workshop, we’ll explore the Water element — the energy of winter, intuition, resilience, and deep nourishment. In traditional Chinese medicine, Water is linked to the kidneys and bladder and supports our reserves of energy, adaptability, and inner strength.

Through long-held, supported yin postures, we’ll gently open the hamstrings, spine, and low back while soothing the nervous system and encouraging a sense of ease. This will be a guided, deep practice with steady cues, breathwork, and thoughtful metaphor and poetry woven throughout.

No yin experience needed. Come ready to slow down, soften, and enjoy the sweetness of the YIN practice.
